Shipping policy for local and international
Local shipping (IOM, UK, Ireland)
- Shipping rate is set at a set rate (£10) for all local orders; this may change depending on the raise of courier charges
- Dispatching order 1-2 days.
- Shipping period set by courier (IOM Post office) is 2-3 working days (this may vary due to complex weather conditions, bank holidays).
If for any reason your parcel doesn't arrive or is damaged see the returns and refund policy.
International shipping
- Shipping rate for all international orders is set at £16.96; this may change depending on the raise of courier charges.
- Dispatch order 1-2 days, for international orders in certain countries may take longer if a form is required for shipping.
- Shipping period set by courier 3-4 working days, this may be longer depending on Internation depots this could be another period of 3-6 days. (Other delays could occur depending on complex weather conditions, bank holidays.
