Refund policy

Due to hygiene reasons products cannot be returned, as a customer it is their responsibility to inform Inner Peace Spa of any allergies that they may have before purchasing a product. If the customer fails to do so Inner Peace Spa are not responsible for any reaction that may occur, the customer may return products at their own cost and a refund maybe given depending on the circumstances and evidence given, this will be at Inner Peace Spa discretion. 

Returns for shipping...

Inner peace Spa has no control over shipping times or delays, if for some reason your items doesn't arrive you can have an option of a refund or a replacement. This will take affect from shipping time which may vary depending on if local or international and investigating with the shipping company loss of items while in their care.

For local shipping please allow 2-3 weeks after delivery expected period, if you have not received your item by then contact Inner Peace Spa by via contact email system on the online shop or email of order when placed with order number.

International shipping please allow 4-6 weeks after delivery expected period, if you have not received the item by then contact Inner Peace Spa by via contact email system on the shop or email of order when placed with your order number.

If a refund or replacement is given and the item you originally ordered arrives, then you must return that item back to Inner peace Spa and you (customer) are responsible for the cost of shipping back.

Inner Peace Spa is small company, so we don't give refunds on change of minds. We are not like the multi-millionaire companies, who can afford to do this. However, we could offer credit for the previous amount of the item(s) bought. The customer would have to return the previous item(s) at their own cost in undamaged condition before receiving the credit.
